Subcontracting Plan
Frontline Foundation maintains a Small Business Subcontracting Plan designed to provide businesses of all sizes an equitable opportunity to compete for training-related subcontracts while continuing to offer clients the highest quality service. The plan provides a systematic approach for implementing diverse business subcontracting objectives and is prepared in accordance with FAR 52.219-9. The complete plan is available upon request.
