Frontline gained extensive experience as the exclusive government contractor for the National Biosafety and Biocontainment Training Program (NBBTP), and as such developed and delivered multi-faceted program management including developing and implementing curriculum, facilitating recruiting and selection of NBBTP Fellows, marketing NBBTP Professional Development Courses, contracting travel per government guidelines, and soliciting program feedback and evaluation.

Frontline Foundation knows quality assessment and evaluation are as important as preparation. We conduct comprehensive evaluations three to six months post-training to assess participants’ satisfaction with the training experience, the benefits received, and the extent to which course materials have been incorporated into their daily work. We use custom survey tools and targeted interviews to produce Efficiency Evaluations that provide valuable data and feedback regarding our training services.
